- My situation was about that.
-
- I feel two things have been helping me for the last year:
-
- 1) Do exercises 5 or 6 days a week, 20-30 mins a day.
- 2) Listen to positive thinking materials (tapes from library) daily.
-
- After about 6 months of doing this, I feel my energy level has been increasing,
- from 3-4 (10 full scall) to 7-8 currently. Many other things such as
- concentration has also been improving. I never felt like this. I was a low
- energy person since I remembered things. I had tried many things before.
- But this time, it is different.
- I believe the secret is the word DAILY.
