  28.         BTW: The RSAREF license says it is only available to USA
  29.         citizens so, in spite of the US/Canada codicil to COCOM, it
  30.         appears RSA is not exportable to Canada. OTOH, we get
  31.         Scientific American, so we can only be grateful to R, S and A
  32.         for releasing this idea to the public domain. I wonder if
  33.         the agreement prevents us from exporting what the USA won't
  34.         let us import?
