  40. It is obvious that this thread is going nowhere fast. No matter how
  41. many references I present, it won't change your mind. If you
  42. really want to know, you will research the subject yourself. So stop
  43. waiting, I will not waste my time digging up references since it is
  44. obvious from your postings that it would be an exercise in futility.
  45. This is my final word concerning any references. (Can't wait to hear
  46. your cute little responses for that last sentence.)
