- Yeah, I've heard that a lot- gimme a cite on it. Not that I'm
- disputing it; I'd like to see the decision.
- Your argument above is circular: the court decisions which do
- not recognize the rule of the majority are based on the very
- constitutional provision which are intended to protect against
- a "tyranny of the majority," as one a those guys (Hamilton)
- said.
- And if you don't care if Satanists use public property, then we
- have no argument. I don't have a problem with religious displays
- on public land, as long as (a) the government doesn't sponsor it,
- and (b) it's available to all religions.
