  39.     I don't know the exact number myself; it may not be available for the
  40. past year since Louis Sullivan, in consultation with Helms and GHWB,
  41. refused to grant funding through DHHS for any study on teen sexuality.  You
  42. know that if we measure something, we legitimize and encourage it....
