- We seem to be mixing regs and laws in this discussion. The policy of not
- allowing homosexuals in the military is by regulations and not by law.
- This is what Clinton will change by executive order. The prohibition
- against sodomy is law as enacted by the US Congress in the UCMJ.
- This can only be changed by the US Congress and hopefully with the
- assistance of the President through pressure and, of course, his signature
- on the legislation.
