  29. We seem to be mixing regs and laws in this discussion.  The policy of not
  30. allowing homosexuals in the military is by regulations and not by law.
  31. This is what Clinton will change by executive order.  The prohibition
  32. against sodomy is law as enacted by the US Congress in the UCMJ.
  33. This can only be changed by the US Congress and hopefully with the
  34. assistance of the President through pressure and, of course, his signature
  35. on the legislation.
