- The military makes no distinction between on and off base activities corcerning
- sexual activities. If caught in an outlawed sex act ANYWHERE,(even with your
- own spouse)as long as you still belong to the military, you are possibly in
- alot of trouble. Needless to say that it would be much harder to actually catch
- someone "in the act" if they were off-base.
