  21. confuse the military with a democracy.

  27. This is correct. Gays and hets in the military will have to follow the same
  28. rules.

  34. The military makes no distinction between on and off base activities corcerning
  35. sexual activities. If caught in an outlawed sex act ANYWHERE,(even with your
  36. own spouse)as long as you still belong to the military, you are possibly in 
  37. alot of trouble. Needless to say that it would be much harder to actually catch
  38. someone "in the act" if they were off-base.
