  37. You seem to be manufacturing excuses for Susan Garvin's behavior.

  42. I don't believe that Mr. Chaney has complained about Susan Garvin's 
  43. attempts to have him punished.  I'm merely pointing out that Ms. Garvin
  44. appears eager to have Mr. Chaney punished for a harmless joke.

  50. Just as there are stupid laws, there are stupid rules.  Ms. Garvin
