  53. Since it's free, and doesn't take any time, why wouldn't they want to
  54. do it?  And they are always free to decline it.  It's not like it costs
  55. them more taxes to be registered vs. nonregistered.

  59. poster.  The ideologue who would stand behind a faltering political
  60. philosophy (or more likely, a certain politician's views) regardless of
  61. how stupid it made the poster look.
