- Where did you get this from? He was not dismissed at all. He resigned
- to go back to heading a research group. Given the amount of research
- he has done and the grant funding he has he can pretty much go anywhere
- he wants. Even if there was some back-door politics that he was
- reprimanded for it would not have been something he would have been
- dismissed for. He was brought here because of his reputation to attract
- the Supercollider to Arizona. He brought a lot of good professors with
- him who will now be leaving. One of the woman professors that he
- recruited has already left. So much for a respectable, politically correct
- physics department.
