  22. While I'm not in on this discussion directly, I was a non-com in
  23. the army, and I COULD cite a few cases of such behavior, if you
  24. REALLY wanted me to, from not-too-distant experience.  One of my
  25. OWN privates once came to me with this very same problem once.
  26. Infrequent?  Probably.  Doesn't happen?  Not on your life...
