- While I'm not in on this discussion directly, I was a non-com in
- the army, and I COULD cite a few cases of such behavior, if you
- REALLY wanted me to, from not-too-distant experience. One of my
- OWN privates once came to me with this very same problem once.
- Infrequent? Probably. Doesn't happen? Not on your life...
