  20. I have it on CD. The title is "A Classic Case." It's out-of-print,
  21. but the catalog number is RCD1-7067 (on RCA).

  25. Rumor has it Chrysalis might buy the rights to re-issue it.
  26. It's currently almost impossible to find, especially on CD.
  27. I don't know where you might find one; I got mine by luck at
