  35. Yes, you are probably correct that the writer of the FAQ wrote,
  36. "President Bush made the ...."  when Bush was President, but that is moot.
  37. The problem involves something else, as Ron pointed out, that the
  38. Chief Spokesman asked, "Mr. President, what will you do to win the votes..."
  39. on August 27, 1988 but President Bush wasn't....yet.  You didn't read far
  40. enough in Tom's original post to see the problem.
