  15. is:  "There He Goes Again: Ronald Reagan's Reign of Error" by Mark Green
  16. and Gail McColl (Pantheon Books, 1983).  For example, the Incredible
  17. Shrinking Nuclear Waste Quotes:
  18. "The truth is, all of the nuclear waste now on hand and yet to be accumulated
  19. between now and the year 200, could be stacked on a single football field and
  20. the stack would only be six feet high." (radio interview, 1978)
  21. "The waste from one nuclear power plant in a year would take less storage
