- Well Rebecca, I'm not sure I'm a computer geek, but you type
- 'ftp <hostname>' where hostname would be ftp.uu.net in this case. Next it
- will prompt you for a user and password. Usually this is 'anonymous' and
- your e-mail address. Next you need to change into the proper directory
- with the 'cd' command. Here that would be 'cd
- /doc/literature/shakespeare'. Then use 'get <filename>' to get what
- file(s) you want. Or if it's a binary file, type 'binary' first and then
- get.
