- I recently read through "The Pain Master", the second half of volume 4 of
- the recent Carroll & Graf reprints of "The Spider: Master of Men". To my
- utter dismay, I'm missing perhaps thirty pages of the story starting around
- page 150--this truncated last fifty or so pages is duplicated and concatenated
- at the end of the first ending of the story. Is this horrible printing unique
- to my copy, or were all copies missing this portion? Unfortunately the
- bookstory I purchased the book from returned all their copies to the
- publisher. :(
-
- On a general note, does anyone have any idea if any more adventures of this
- 1930's pulp hero/anti-hero will be reprinted?
