  31. Ah, Novell product support... that explains a lot.  My development
  32. team's dealings with them (at my last job) convinced us that they were
  33. staffed by authoritarian idiots ("Yes, there's a bug in our program -
  34. it will cost you $125 an hour to have it fixed." - not QUITE an exact
  35. quote, but very close).
