- And the police whistle can be knocked out of your hands and requires
- you to blow into it. The advantage of the thing Dave described is
- that it can't be made to shut up by beating on you, and it can be
- attached to a purse or backpack so that if you get purse-snatched it
- keeps attracting attention to the thief (and the purse).
