  22.      The debunking Committee for the Scientific Investigation of the 
  23. Claims of the Paranormal, launched a 1978 research project which
  24. expected to expose the Gauquelins' astrological research as fake. To their
  25. embarrassment the same results were achieved and were duly covered up
  26. until they were leaked in 1983.

  28.      Gauquelin himself showed that their results had been
  29. misrepresented, and reinterpreted them to show that they did replicate
  30. his original findings. Recently they ran a new test, which again
  31. replicated Gauquelin's results.
