  19. One's Nefesh "energy" seems like the raw, sanguine, vital force, and one's
  20. Ruach "energy" seems like the more intellectual mental force.

  22. Bran, I know it's been a while since you posted your categories, but I
  23. further wonder if you have a parallel to the Neshamach - i.e. a 'higher'
  24. spiritual energy, in contact with transcendent unity  (proper for mystical
  25. work, I would guess).

  27. I recall that you do not use Kaballah in your classifications or practices,
  28. but these parallels, if valid, may help others understand what you mean.
