  16. Dianic Wicca does hex, when in doing so
  17. you're protecting the lives or well 
  18. being of your coven, family, etc.

  20. Other strains of women's spirituality
  21. are opposed to the practice and don't
  22. engage in any harmful or manipulative
  23. magic whatsoever.

  25. Both "brands" do view the waning, and
  26. dark moons as proper times for
  27. banishing work.  We banish sickness,
  28. poor business trends, sexism, 
  29. patriarchy, etc etc etc at this time.
