  19. I don't think that most of the Pagans
  20. who use the term are either a) mocking
  21. Christianity or b) seeking attention.
  22. The reality is that there are a whole
  23. -BUNCH- of pagan/neopagan religions 
  24. out there, and "pagan" has evolved as 
  25. a blanket term to embrace religions of
  26. pantheism, polytheism, Goddess worship,
  27. magic, ecology, etc etc etc (I don't 
  28. want to ressurect the debate on what
  29. constitues a "real" pagan; define the
  30. term however you wish).

  33. compromise; otherwise, we'd have to 
  34. call this alt.wicca.druids.asatru.
  35. women's spirituality.Gaia Theorists.
  36. Faerie Spirituality.Taoism.Hinduism.

  38. Spirituality.New Age.magic.magick.
  39. magik.ritual magic.natural magic.
