  13. Another practice that I really prefer is to simply sit under a tree with your
  14. back against the bark and relax.  If you're feeling down and out, this is a 
  15. real 'pick-me-up'.  Not to mention the ease of relaxing to the sound of the 
  16. leaves (so long as it's not winter; then you have to deal with pine sap).    ;}

  18. I'm sure each tree will affect one differently, but I haven't had the time to
  19. go field test each tree in the forest.  For now I'll just have to stick with an
  20. old favorite - an ancient wolf oak.
