- Another practice that I really prefer is to simply sit under a tree with your
- back against the bark and relax. If you're feeling down and out, this is a
- real 'pick-me-up'. Not to mention the ease of relaxing to the sound of the
- leaves (so long as it's not winter; then you have to deal with pine sap). ;}

- I'm sure each tree will affect one differently, but I haven't had the time to
- go field test each tree in the forest. For now I'll just have to stick with an
- old favorite - an ancient wolf oak.
