- I have. I'm not sure if it was an entity created my my overactive
- imagination, but one time while OOB, I had an interesting conversation with
- a friend of mine who had died a year before. I've also encountered what I
- call astral guides, entities who appear in humanoid form and teach specific
- lessons, or can give advice on certain subjects, etc.
- As for guarding your body while out, DO IT. Try encasing your body
- in some sort of shell (I use a cage of blue lightning). The trick is to
- make sure you can actually SEE the protection, for it to work. You don't
- have to maintain it consciously once you have created it, but make sure it
- is powerful enough (in your opinion) to repel the toughest of "evil spirits"
- who might try to inhabit your body while you're out. Another thing, don't
- try to project in an area where you feel even the slightest bit unconfortable
- , but if you do, strengthen the protection you leave around your body. Feel
- confident that only you can remove the protection, and it will work.
