- It sounds like you are well on your way to OOBE, but don't become impatient
- or try to force it. Concentrate on moving more than just your leg, or try
- moving different limbs, one at a time. This may take a while to do, perhaps
- weeks, but your body needs to adapt to this new sensation at its own speed.
- Don't worry, you are closer than many people ever get to OOBE.
