  12. It seems that everyone thinks that newbies should start with Pascal, but
  13. WHICH Pascal to start with?  I have Turbo Pascal V3.0.  Should I blow $130
  14. for the latest version of Turbo for DOS, what about Turbo for Windows, or
  15. some other Pascal?  It's really hard to know the differences when you're
  16. just starting out.
