  19. So noted, Marv.  Surely no illumination in my observing, however, that that has
  20. the effect of diminishing the impact/effectiveness of the MC echo -- it being
  21. impossible to prevent newcomers (to telecommunicating, if not the MC echo) from
  22. perceiving the e
  23. cho as perhaps well-intentioned but not all that serious.

  25. You might want to consider a MC-specific message "flag" that'd enable serious
  26. participants to capture only those messages germain to the topic of missing
  27. children.  Of course I may be guilty of having failed to thoroughly examine the
  28. matter, of having mi
  29. ssed a "flag" already present.  Be assured, if there is such a "flag," I'll
  30. make the appropriate alteration(s) of my program to make use of it.

  36. child could ("unsupervised") access a "child-simple" program, run at (1)
  37. schools, (2) mall video arcades, (3) computer retailers, etc., to (1) seek a
  38. "message from home" and/or (
  39. 2) provide "who I am" and "where I am" info...
