  16. Here you go again. There is no debate between "Rabbinics and Christians"
  17. on this issue. There is only a debate between literalists and everyone
  18. else. Literalists cannot abide the fact that Biblical text is occasionally
  19. unclear, cannot be indisputably interpreted, and has often been 
  20. miscommunicated and misinterpreted throughout history, both ancient
  21. and modern. If the debate is between anyone and "Christians" why do
  22. so many Christian translations and commentaries accept "young woman"
  23. as the correct text and either reject or question "virgin?"
