- I can't find myself agreeing. Power is meaningless, I knew
- that instinctively (intrinsically?) before dipping in my toe. The major
- lure to magick doesn't, for me, seem that easily quantifiable. I'd
- bet that the real reasons people actually investigate magick,
- are those similar to why people 'experiment' with Zen Buddhism,
- Christianity, and other forms of Mysticism outside of their familial
- forms. Why they stay is because it 'works'.
-
- One might expect that there is a level of 'soul' (if one soul of
- the Atman can be said to be higher than another) associated with the
- void filled by Magick. I sometimes wonder whether it's of a
- higher, or lower order...however, I find it makes no difference
- as to the practice and benefit of the Magickal process.

- Why, Tagi? Why should his statement bear any more need for
- his exposition than 'DWTW' should for AC? Leave it as an excercize
- for the student, as it should be, to do with as he or she will.
