  26. he didn't steal it. he hired crowley to write up some rituals etc for him.
  27. some of "gardner's" rituals contain passages in enochian, which are in 
  28. crowley's unmistakable 'self-pronouncing' spelling (ie, the enochian word
  29. 'vorsg' (properly pronounced, approximately, "vorsg") is spelled 'vaoresaji'
  30. or something similar. this, by the way, is taken from s. l. mcgregor-mathers
  31. guidelines to pronouncing enochian). crowley was rather penurious in his later
  32. years.
