  12. The man was Rene Lavand.  He is from South America and does only have one
  13. hand.  He lost his right hand in an accident when he was eight years old.
  14. He has a book out  and I believe that Joe Stevens has made a video of his
  15. work.

  17. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lavand and watching him work at last
  18. year's Desert Seminar in Las Vegas.  His performance was one of the most
  19. moving magical performances that I have ever witnessed.  The man is truly an
  20. artist.
