  22. No offense, and although I love Windows as much as anybody (?), this
  23. program needs to run outside of Windows, such that it can still be used
  24. even if (horrors!) the user doesn't use Windows.  Now if Microsoft had
  25. some mechanism setup such that I could trade in my TB distribution disks
  26. for a copy of VB......
