- I will be starting a programming project in VBWin 2.0, essencially a
- port of a DOS app to Windows. It is a Contact Manager database
- application.
-
- I have sent for, and received brochures for all the popular databasing
- libraries, such as AJS dBLib, Apex Agility/VB, Sequiter's Code Basic,
- and Andsor Database Engine. I need multi-user lan support.
-
- I have used the PDS 7.1 ISAM engine in my DOS app, and I don't think
- that a compatible VB library exists, so I am willing to concede the
- file format compatibility. I am looking for a VB databasing library
- that is power but easy to use - does anyone have any personal
- experience with these or other databasing libraries?
-
- I would like to initiate a thread on this topic...
