- At YSU we connect to penfold.ece.uiuc.edu. It's in the midwest, gets
- good response time, and is a major irc-hub (as I understand). I don't
- see too many net-quakes here, except for people linked through boonies

- The server that was at Kent State went down when they had a hacker attack,
- and Jerod hasn't brought it back up since.

- I ran a server at YSU when there was a serious prospect of no servers in
- Ohio, but being on a 56Kb line that's already swamped with traffic, and
- never having more than 3-4 users at a time, wasn't worth my trouble.
