- There are many, many approaches to this. I will suggest the simplest
- way I can think of to do this.
-
- When you have a decision to make, ask yourself how you would feel
- later on for each of the choices. If you are quiet and attentive, you
- will get a feeling for it. For me that feeling usually centers around
- the area of my navel.
-
- The most important thing is to practice and pay attention. It is the
- sort of thing where I can tell you what to do, but I'm not really
- telling you anything, because I can't give you the experience.
-
- At first, you will probably be wrong a lot of the time, so don't base
- very important decisions on this alone, until you develop more
- confidence, and learn to distinguish between real intuitions and
- wishful thinking.
-
- Hypnosis could help by quieting the mind down so that it is easier to
- listen to this feeling.
-
- Hope this helps.
