  18. City.  He will discuss issues, decisions, and strategies in preparing and
  19. using hypertext, including comparing hypertext to information retrieval, when
  20. not to use hypertext, and how to select among types of hypertext software,
  21. and he will demonstrate different hypertext structures and how to get data
  22. into hypertext form.  Don't miss it!
