  15. Our company is currently in the process of developing a CD/I title.
  16. We've recently come across a little problem with the graphics conversion
  17. tools we've bought. These utils contain a palette-reduction algorithm that
  18. doesn't do a very good job on converting 24-bit images to 8-bit. We'd rather 
  19. use PBMPlus or write my own conversion util to convert TARGA-files (.TGA)
  20. to the proprietary CLUT7 / CLUT8 CD/I format.

  22. As you could've guessed we're in need of the exact header-info (byte-level)
  23. so we can use our own color-reduction scheme and get better results.

  25. So, if anyone can tell me where I could find this information or point out
  26. books that contain this info.... please DO NOT HESITATE TO ANSWER ;-)...
