- You can get a gopher client for Unix by anonymous ftp from
- boombox.micro.umn.edu in the "/pub/gopher/Unix" directory.
- Get gopher1.1.tar.Z (or xgopher.1.2.tar.Z if you want an
- X-based client).

- Gopher1.1.tar.Z also contains the source code
- for the gopher server - which you can simply discard if you don't
- want it. The compiled gopher client itself takes up about 400 Kbytes
- of disk-space. The compiled Xgopher client takes up about 1.4 Mbytes
- of disk-space.
