- Hi,
-
- Yesterday, I downloaded and unzipped a copy of PC Gopher II 1.05r3 and have
- installed it on on my PC. My problem is getting the "g_tel" environment
- variable to work correctly. The message which flashes quickly across the
- screen is:
-
- unable to execute C:\GOPHER\TELBIN.EXE.
-
- I have the following statement in a batch file called C:\GOPHER\GENV.BAT.
-
- set g_tel=c:\gopher\telbin.exe -h c:\gopher\config.tel %%p %%n
-
- I don't have a problem when I try to telnet from the DOS prompt directly.
- Does anyone have a solution for me or see anything wrong with this statement?
- If you prefer to contact me directly, please e-mail me at one of the following

-
- Thanks in advance for your response.
