  14. Yesterday, I downloaded and unzipped a copy of PC Gopher II 1.05r3 and have
  15. installed it on on my PC.  My problem is getting the "g_tel" environment
  16. variable to work correctly.  The message which flashes quickly across the
  17. screen is:

  19. unable to execute C:\GOPHER\TELBIN.EXE.
  20.  
  21. I have the following statement in a batch file called C:\GOPHER\GENV.BAT.

  23. set g_tel=c:\gopher\telbin.exe -h c:\gopher\config.tel %%p %%n
  24.  
  25. I don't have a problem when I try to telnet from the DOS prompt directly.
  26. Does anyone have a solution for me or see anything wrong with this statement?
