  18. Sure it's possible...they're called bugs.  Sometimes things pop up that weren't
  19. tested for.  Or maybe the game isn't functioning quite right (ie a bad
  20. joystick).  Or maybe the designers overlooked something that they would
  21. consider too unfair or an advantage...and then attempt to correct it in
  22. the next version.
