- I'm a manager of an arcade in Northbrook (a Chicago suburb), and as far as I
- know, there are no "rules" governing play of SF2 here. How would you enforce
- them, anyway? Have a friend get an attendant and say, "See, this guy's playing
- 'cheaply'--oh, you don't know what that means? Well, you see...."
-
- Anyway, I've run into problems with Ken/Ryu and Vega players who roundhouse
- sweep you as you get up, knocking you down again. All the while, I'm holding
- the joystick in defensive crouch, to no avail. Is there any way to get out of
- this, short of real-life violence?
