- If ken's throw does 25%, then four throws should NOT kill the opponet, but
- should dring their vitality to 0, thus he can still take a stand move
- and not lose. Sure you've taken off 100% of his life bar, so that means
- he can still survive but just can't with stand any non-blocked stand
- move or a blocked special move, or a throw.
