  13. The teleporting ship is not all UL. There seems to be a grain of truth
  14. in it.

  16. during WWII, when the Manhattan Project was started, several other "city"
  17. projects were also started (supposadly - I am getting my info from the 
  18. concensus that a.f.u reached about a year ago).
  19. The reason for these other projects was mainly as camoflage.
  20. The one that you are thinking of was the Philladelphia project, having
  21. something to do w/ putting an electric pulse through the ships hull to 
  22. somehow interfere w/ a torpedo's sonar (or something like that)

  24. many years later, a movie was put out called the "Philladelphia Experiment"
  25. about a teleporting ship & how this drove the crew insane.
