  15. I'm not really aquainted with Phillipine folklore (my dad is from there) but 
  16. I think that they believe that your ghost hangs around for 30-40 days before
  17. going onward.  My dad's best friend, Sonny, died last year.  He was a very 
  18. funny, lively person.  Just after his death, my nephew, then five, would
  19. be caught by my mom talking and playing by himself.  When my mom asked him
  20. who he was talking to, he said, "oh, I'm just playing with Sonny".  This
  21. along with some of the stories his widow has told (Sonny was a great prankster)
  22. makes me say "hmmmmmm".
