  13. I now recall that I indeed had the very plastic model of a USS Seawolf...
  14. I was about in the 4th grade, maybe 5th...this puts it at about 1966?

  18. I remember that it had some kind of sonar dome on in front and was shaped
  19. more like the nautilus class.. it was the skipjack class that then went
  20. to the bullet shaped hull....

  22. I dont know how sophisticated the Seawolf class was...Clancy may have 
  23. distorted facts..I know he is a fickle sort and usually gets the most
  24. minute details ironed out in his stories..

  26. anyway, interesting stuff submarines.. I would prefer to spend my tax
  27. dollars on food and clothing etc..but there are too many evil jamokes
  28. running about that I consider nukeable... (just kidding).
