  20. Continuing with that passage about dwarves, it is also said
  21. Dwarves only take one wife, and there are few dwarf-women, and some want
  22. a man they cannot have while others simply do not want any man.  In short,
  23. there are few dwarf-women and they can be very picky about who they take as
  24. a mate and thus aren't as plentiful as Orcs who will breed with anything.
