- Without commenting on the issue itself, the Colorado Amendment 2 explicitly
- forbids the enactment of laws to prevent discrimination based on sexuality,
- AND reverses previously enacted statutes in Denver and Aspen. To that extent,
- it IS a "conservative" plank, at least by your definition of it.
