  24. It is eminently possible to censor a group with the effect of throwing
  25. a person out of it.  I've seen this happen, more than once, in the
  26. comp.binaries or comp.sources newsgroups:  someone posts something that
  27. is commercial or not public domain...  In order to keep the post from
  28. going out to the entire universe, someone kills the article(s) before
  29. they get passed on to the next site.  Just as you can kill an article
  30. that you post, after posting it...  No reason this couldn't be automated
  31. with software.  Food for thought?
