  12. Well, in draft one I'm using molten sulphur as Detritus' tipple.  But I like
  13. the idea of known chemical impurities and among the suggestions already
  14. advance I can pick and use.  Uranium is known on the DW.  And given the
  15. trolls' association with all things mineral, I wonder if I can get away with
  16. 'coke' jokes...

  18. Heat affects trolls brains, as I have said.  That's why they slow down in
  19. daylight.  In Men At Arms Detritus is accidentally frozen and becomes a
  20. temporary genius as the conductivity of his brain increases.  Their brains
  21. are also natural Eproms -- it takes a lot of repetition to get a troll to
  22. understand something, but presumably they'd only forget if you unscrewed the
  23. top of their skulls and exposed them to strong UV.
