  33. yes the us edition does indeed have the footnotes (after all they are the best  
  34. parts ;) ) or at least my edition does anyway, it was  TERRIBLY hard to find in  
  35. hardcover over here and the trade edition made only a small appearence.(It took  
  36. it around two years to come out in trade if i remember correctly) but anyway i  
  37. babble so have fun .
