- yes the us edition does indeed have the footnotes (after all they are the best
- parts ;) ) or at least my edition does anyway, it was TERRIBLY hard to find in
- hardcover over here and the trade edition made only a small appearence.(It took
- it around two years to come out in trade if i remember correctly) but anyway i
- babble so have fun .
